It has become pretty clear that the rest of this term is going to be really hectic for me. Along with my dissertation, I also have another four modules that I am taking this term and all their deadlines are in over the next few weeks.
The crazy thing is that next term I only have 3 models & that two that I am currently doing at the moment.
So whilst November, for most people, is about drinking christmas themed drinks (1) (2), participating in facial hair growing with Movember & starting the ‘christmas’ shopping (or just realising you need to drop the amount of friends you have when you look at your bank balance). My November shall be filled with academic books and essay writing *sprinkled throughout with some gingerbread lattes*
But with November comes three exciting & important dates that you need to take note of;
The 17th November is World Prematurity Day – It is about raising awareness the 15 million babies who are born too soon all across the globe, and helping the families who have to go through it. I have a strong connection to Bliss and the work they do, as I was born 11 weeks premature, the support these charities give parents and families is overwhelming and lifesaving. Please check out the website or facebook and raise awareness this November.
Movember – a month of celebrating facial hair & raising money and awareness on Men’s health!
and finally The Hunger Games: Catching Fire release date is the 22th November!
